A modern approach to movement.
There are two ways to take care of your body. The first and most common way is to react. You push, play, grind, and train, but when something goes wrong you call the doctor, and she tells you how long to wait. Rinse, repeat.
It’s the philosophy of going hard until you can’t; of doing everything you can to function, and spend every injured second of dreaming of that moment you ’re not.
And that’s absolutely not what we believe.
We believe preparation minimizes injury. We believe proactivity is for pros and reactivity is for amateurs. We believe in doing the work, building habits over time and being students of our process.
Our way is harder. However, our way's also smarter, more effective, and clinical evidence backs it. It's too bad so few people understand it it's in their own self-interests to prepare, to learn, and to play the long game instead of the short.
